Doug was the one that posted a comment about after final SEC approval, then thatmust be announced within 48 hours (Doug, correct me if I'm wrong). NASDAQ is more of a formality really, for this type of application getting through SEC is the main hurdle. The NASDAQ application is only to determine which market they will trade.

As for other quivers, BII is unique in many ways that you mentioned:
1) B2B model and they already have clients
2) Dutch auction site and patent and royalities.
3) Ireland office soon to open, Ireland is the "technical hub" for Europe, much like Silicon Valley.
4) Australian office.
5) Interactive TV auctions. Not like what they have now, more interactive like a Web-TV access.
6) Real-time audio and video in the auctions within the next couple of months.

That should be anough for "true" investors to see the value of BII compared to others in the internet auction category. Enough room in this category for many, but if you are looking for a leader, I think it's BII.

Just my opinion.
