BROOKELISE : I did not get to listen but I emailed Ken a question - to the effect - Does VSIhave a cost control program. Personnally I am not impressed with the results. I am not impressed with Judy North either,- this is what she can accomplish in over a year????? She is operating like she is still with BellSouth, where money is no object. It is not like that, when you are running a small company . She is making progress in the right direction - but she could have done that 6 months ago. What VSI does not have is money and time! John
