RTEV, I just read the seattle time story on source code.

In related stories, the only thing I did not like was that the New York AG was present. Should have some "neutral" person in the the talks. Alternatively, the states should give authority to the DOJ---which ain't gonna happen. New York is the worse one to have in there. Did they not learn when Dennis Vacco lost his position. I guess the new guy is not going to get re-elected next time. There are just too many MSFT shareholders through index funds. It is amazing how support for the company remains even the negatives from the trial had come out. It is not a tobacco company---the sooner the states realize it the better.
