Rande, Will, Da Bard, Due Dilligence....

FSON...trading at 5 1/4....biotech makes surgical sealants...already completed phase III testing....and 1st module under the new FDA modular approval plan....Second module has been sent to the FDA...approval eta probably late 2nd Q or 3rd Q...

Rumor on news coming soon....CE Mark approval for Europe most likely next month or May at the latest....market estimated at 700 million for its Floseal matrix...might be something to DD on...or buy into at these prices....when the 1st module approval was announced this stock ran from $4 - $12....that was in November...a suggestion from a poor teacher....:)

please...anything you can add...opinion or factual...feel free to let me know....Im in long...at least long till the FDA approves us...and if it goes to $30 + then we'll see :)

Paullie, honestly, overall . . .I still think that Dell is overcooked and the guests are heading for the door. Many have been loading up on Compaq and others on IBM [remember them?] . . .as a replacement. Wall Street was 'in love' with Michael Dell. But suddenly there are a half dozen reasons to think they are no longer the champs. . . and overnight the love affair is over. I would be looking at Dell again in late summer. They will be back for sure, but I think they still go lower from here.

For that matter, I am beginning to get pretty bearish. . . just sitting back thinking of the various sectors. . .I am hard pressed to find a sector that I am still bullish on. . . cutting edge telecom and . . uh. . .uh. . .I can't think of another.

What I put in the NEW long portfolio is really a reflection of what I think will be strong. . . and that list is NARROW. But very soon, if not already, I would be considering some serious hedges against being heavy into high-tech. . .shorting QQQ or some small cap/Nasdaq index funds is one way. . .or just throwing some money into something like BEARX [Prudent Bear Mutual Fund] is another. . .until late summer.

If not, I think we will see much of our gains in our long aggressive ports, fall away very quickly.
