I heard from one of your buddies today on another message board that he got BURNED shorting AOL on the last step up the ladder that AOL took. He said he is $50+ a share deep to the negative side after today!!!! Margin calls the whole shabang!

I felt sorry for him for a second somehow. OK a second is up now back to reality.

When will you know when it is time to close out your $149 short position?? What price is your target?? How did you arrive at your target??

Thanks..........Vendit

Before the TULIP bubble burst, there was a
lot of money made. If we could trade stocks
by their P.E's then it would be too simple.
The market represents more than anything
else, human psycology and investment trends.

AOL can be a good short if one knew that
interest rates were going to 6.5 or 7.
Shorting AOL at this time is like
trying to swim against the currents in
the grand rapids. you would have to
me in S&M on the M side.

I have an idea for a short play that will pay off for you:

zdnet.com

In the mean time this helps AOL's stock!
