If I understand you correctly, if BIDS registers it TSE shareholders onto NASDAQ and then loses some along the way, trades on small cap for awhile and then goes National Market, I don't think there is anything that needs to be accomplished. Just a formality of changing rules under which it is governed. Obviously, the national Board has tighter rules which provides more "security" for the institutions and funds.
