Jeff, I believe that dell will remain flat until Compaq warns or reports a poor quarter. That will drag down the sector, and dell may hit the bottom of its current range - about 36. At that point I will unwind my covered calls at little or no cost. Dell shareholders will prosper later when dell reports a superior 1st quarter, which I believe will happen, particularly in light of lessened expectations currently built into the price. Frank
