To be exact the Fab. in Puyallup never opened but was almost ready for qualification of the process. The $1.2 billion must burn a hole in a pocket of Mitsubishi.

good point the bulls fail to realize that these fabs will be run by someone with a different capital structure.just like airlines.capacity won't get extinguished,demand must rise.won't be by enough soon enough for mu.
