I think this needs to be thought about a little further. From yesterdays PR. Now why would they make such a big todo about Microsoft? Hmmmmmmm, inquiring minds would like to know.

I just thought that after it became obvious that the original deal wasn't going to happen that maybe they gave him some conditional shares and then said goodby.
