JLA,
Someone estimated that it would take another President at least two terms (and perhaps more) to get the country back on the right track again. Supposedly, Arkansas is just now recovering from the incompetence and maladministration of the Clinton regime.

HOW I LEARNED TO STOP WORRYING AND LOVE THE BOMB
Neal Boortz

Do you remember that line? It's from Dr. Strangelove. That movie was released in January of 1964 … most of you probably haven't seen it. You should. It's out on DVD now ---- and it's an absolute classic.

At any rate, maybe we need a new movie with a new subtitle right now. "How I learned to stop worrying and love the B-52."

I'm talking about Senate Democrats here. In 1992, during the Gulf War, 47 Democrats in the U.S. Senate opposed giving President Bush permission to launch a military strike against Saddam Hussein. Here was a case where a

country, Iraq, had invaded a U.S. ally and most Senate Democrats voted against a military response. So, what changed? Right now there are 45 Democrats in the U.S. Senate. Last week 42 of these Democrats voted to allow Bill Clinton to attack Yugoslavia.

These leftists just can't bring themselves to vote for the use of military force when bona-fide American interests are at stake --- but throw then a touchy-feely humanitarian issue and they'll rush to spool up the bombers. These people are so much fun to watch. Dangerous, but fun.

<<<What's more scary is how the office and this country has been debased by the man. JLA >>>

What is even more scary is that the people of this country are not protesting this awful situation.
