It's too bad good Canadian technology companies aren't valued in the same multiple their US counterparts are.

ATY should be trading north of $40 CDN easily, without a bead of sweat. Lets hope the market realizes this in the next week and keeps it there. The NASDAQ listing hasn't yet helped ATY realize that value... but it should.

ATY holds, depending on estimate sources 30-50% of the graphics chip market, is expanding rapidly into the set-top box market, yet their PE multiple is lower than that of their lagging US counterparts scrambling to catch up, while choking on dust. What's the reason?

Maybe CDN analysts don't adequately value tech stocks due to the TSE syndrome. They need to realize that tech stocks trade at higher PE's. It's not a resource company. ATY should lose the TSE and trade exclusively on the NASDAQ.
