At Christmas my brother-in-law was talking about how he thought about buying DELL three years ago....but every time he was getting ready to buy it would go up and he'd think its too expensive and he'd wait for a pull back. When it would pull back he would figure maybe the run is over and he'd lost his chance thus would lose his nerve. Bottom line he never bought it. In retrospect, during that three year period he was thinking about buying it, he could have bought in at ANY price point, as long as he was willing hold through the pull back he'd have made a ton of money.
