Well if WSP gets another 16% for free, Aber looses it and the 60 mil offer. I would not want to be an Aber shareholder or director with that being the result of management expertise. Talk about the blunder of the century. You don't leave loose ends like this when you are dealing in the millions of dollars.

Not sure why 60 Mil. would be good enough for you. It implies a project value of 180 Mil. Not much, considering we are talking Billions.
Gord, I think you hit the nail on the head. Aber is trying to cry the "Blues" and it's obvious that they did not comply with the agreement. Did you notice the absence of any mention or attempt of payment?
Sure sounds to me like they gambled 4 Mil. for 1/3 of Snap.
