House Positions for NWI from 03/30/99 to 03/30/99 I'm not geologist but if FM was buying at this level today,price must be right. This must be an discount price. And YES it was a leak I think,and price and certain houses fully reflect this matter. Simply news wasn't good or bad enough just right to support $1.50-2.00 level. Just my opinion.
