Lee, interesting how a year later, the public is better informed of the truth because of the daily commitment by some to ensure posts are honest. Your copy of a former post by bmart to another of his personas, Pugs, was as Pugs used to say, "fradulent" and wrong. He fooled too many honest investors with his bogus personas. The very act of writing to oneself is an act of outright deceit against everyone who reads the threads. (except those who are in the know and were party to this deceit) Read the post Spider wrote to himself again and think of the purpose of the post, it was nothing more than an attempt to deceive everyone. It illustrates how dangerous the net can be, and one should be very careful in whom they trust. Choose wisely. One year ago...in the morning.....Message 3904956 This post should never have been posted to a public thread. Instead, since it was to himself, he could have pm'd himself, or added it in his own personal diary. To: +Riley G (22 ) From: +Riley G Tuesday, Mar 31 1998 4:51PM ET Reply # of 21739 To: Pugs (44512 ) From: bmart Tuesday, Mar 31 1998 3:52PM EST Reply # of 44616 Pugs, It appeared to me that Tonto was posting many 'untruths' to this board this afternoon(as we consider the post, the untruths are now known to have been written by Gary. The very basis of this post is an untruth, and is despicable) and at an urgent pace. It suggested to me that he was performing damage control. Since, any rational man would leave his flooded basement to defend shortsellers and mediate justice on a board of a BB stock he had no interest in, or does he? I watched, with great amusement, as Tonto dismissed your knowledge of AZNT.(My position remains the same) I also witnessed his outlandish and self-serving overveiw he just posted to the board. As far as AZNT is concerned, Dempsey Mork informed Charlie that he asked Zapara to short AZNT. He informed Charlie , over a speakerphone, with witnesses, he would "short it to $.10 ". Charlie also was aware of Mork shorting stocks through Vancouver. Also, Zapara was paid $25,000.00/month and still has 100,000 free-trading shares out of his original 500,000 shares. (ggg) There is no truth to Tonto's bounced check tale. (ggg) It appears, to me, that Tonto is very intimate with Mork, Baker, Kugler and Martin, yet insults the board by suggesting he help mediate a solution to the ills the company has subjected to its shareholders. (a year later, and all can compare my recommendation of inexpensive action against RMIL as compared to Gary's continued support of the company at that time, even when all the facts were in.) It appears that since RMIL can trade, they are simply waiting for the $10MM to arrive. (that simple, huh?) The investor, from what I have gathered, has suggested thay the money will be accessible on 4/1. So, Tonto's kind offer to mediate, besides being quite humorous, appears , by its urgency, to be a last ditch effort. ( this deserves to be read, over and over. Spider was 100% wrong. He did not want other shareholders to do the right thing, so he created this deceitful post. There of course was no urgency on my part. He made that up. There of course was no chance the money was coming. He made that up too. He never did any sort of acceptable dd which would have allowed him to post that money was actually available. The reasons for it not being available and were part of the scam were reasonably explained to the shareholders...he hurt shareholders with these types of dishonest posts) I have been quite amused and wish RMIL shareholders and delightful ending to this saga.(Pugs was never amused by the saga...what a lie) Charlie at AZNT suggested a small dividend or a change in cusip number to call the shorts, but I believe the RMIL float is in certificate form. I also believe Mr. Reece will be very satisfied, I hear RMIL will make numerous "public" releases as trading resumes. Good day RB
