Where's your area? Issaquah? That campus was projected to eventually become slightly smaller than the current main campus. It might have gotten smaller due to land-use restrictions, but still pretty big.

Prices do look red hot! I think Microsoft pays pretty competitively with companies down there, even in this area. Of course there's always the stock, which ends up being many employees' primary source of income. I'm not sure how large of a complex they're planning. I've been kind of heads down lately, but I'll ask around.

I'll bet people are pretty happy with the way things are booming down there, eh :-)

Did you ever get into QCOM? I've been holding quite a bit (largest position in my self-managed portfolio), and it's been good to me lately.
