If that is Aber's best shot they will probably be paying a multiple of Winspear's court costs. I think Aber will quickly conclude that they were better off when there was potential for cash flow in their direction. My bet is that this will be settled by Winspear buying Aber's % ,whatever it is, for less than $50 million.
I am amazed that Aber have not sent a check to Winspear in hopes that it would be cashed. THat would indeed show commitment and acknowledgement of commitment.
