VARIAN SEMI WI (Nasdaq: VSEAV) Closed at 12 1/2 Down 1/2 (-3.85%) Guess I'll wait. Guess the "V" will be removed after April 1 ?? BTW there is a New Varian Medical Systems thread. Varian amends its SLAPP lawsuit for 3rd time! The despicable Varian (VAR & VSEA), Susan B. Felch and George Zdasiuk Plaintiffs unable to produce a single defaming posting have filed yet a Third Amended Complaint! Clearly, their despicable, and in my opinion unethical, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe SLAPP Attorneys are so desperate that they are counting on last minute defamation! Costs could go into the tens of millions as the February 14 trial remains delayed waiting for Judge Ronald Whyte to act!
