Jurisdiction should be decided next week. Or so I've been told. I gather that it's not easy, or smart, to persuade a federal judge to hurry up. I imagine that the GLB is quite interested to know whether the case will be heard in Michigan, especially because none of their current lawyers have been admitted to the Bar in Michigan. I've heard that the legal trend recently has been for the federal courts to let State Courts decide Indian matters first. Gee, I hope the GLB knows that most, or perhaps all Sungold shareholders will be happy to get past this recent glitch. After all, it's in the best interests of the Band and the company to get on with the original plan. I'm sure we're all big enough to let bygones be bygones. Of course there's a small matter of one or two lawyers who might have to shift their case-loads a little bit, but I hope the Band can keep their eyes on the bigger picture, and not let those details get in the way. .......... So Roger, your theory is that if you bug your broker enough (s)he'll push through a trade as long as your bid is somewhere between the quoted B/A. That might work I guess, but I think it's your license plate that really made the difference.

I could share alot of facts with you but I don't like your fxcxing attitude. It's people like you that kept me from this group for a long time. Your better off keeping your fxxxing mouth shut and listening to people that have many and I mean many more shares of this than you have. ps..I wouldn't tell you a thing at this point except I've been a shareholder for about 6 years and personally met with the Directors of the company.
