MrThesp,

I stay connected to #daytraders on IRC all day long. Some of the trades have been profitable for me, but like any other venue, you have to pay attention and know who is hyping and who is not. One thing I do find on #daytraders is that often, the participants find news before it is generally known to the public, which gives a jump start if you want to initiate a position.
