Inc. (OTC BB:KANA - news) Wednesday announced that David Goodnow, an original CNN
co-anchor, will interview Chief Executive Officer Alex Kanakaris as part of the Kanakaris
three-hour Web cast on April 21 at www.kanakaris.com, www.NetBooks.com and other Web
addresses.

The 10-minute one-on-one interview will be archived on the Kanakaris Web sites, and will also be
excerpted in a Kanakaris infomercial for the company's Internet LifeStyle Network(TM).

Kanakaris Communications Monday announced that Caspar Weinberger (chairman of Forbes
Magazine and former secretary of defense) and Vinton Cerf (founder of the Internet and senior
vice president for data architecture, engineering division, MCI WorldCom) will be interviewing
Kanakaris in a seven-minute one-on-one interview to be featured on the internationally distributed
TV show World Business Review.

Goodnow joined CNN Headline News in October 1992. He has covered presidential campaigns,
inaugural events and has been honored by Broadcasting Magazine for stories on railroad
right-of-way safety, one of his many investigative reports. He lectured at Indiana State University,
University of Evansville, Vincennes University and Indiana Vocational Technical College on TV
production, news gathering and anchoring.

He helped found the Vincennes University radio and television broadcast school. A pilot and
military historian, Goodnow has also worked as principal TV anchor, weather and sports reporter
at stations in Indiana.

Kanakaris is the CEO of Kanakaris Communications and was a published writer from an early
age. He has been editor-in-chief of such publications as Video Swapper, Video Entertainment,
New Talent Streetscene and L.A. POP. He was involved in marketing for a large consumer
