EXCELLENT response, Robert. . . .thank you so much. . .now if we can get some to say when they would sell, what price they would look to get out or whether they should cut their losses and just walk away. . . and if everyone can give similar one-liners we will help NOT just the person that asked for help. . . but everyone else that might feel stuck. . and that's a lot.
