A Reverse Split is not necessarily a bad thing.The shareholder loses no share value. When a R/S occurs, all outstanding shares are split according to the same ratio. So if there is 40 mil shares outstanding, and a 2/1 reverse split occurs, then there are only 20 mil shares outstanding. But the per share price has doubled. Depending on the ultimate stock price, a R/S could allow GTMI to get listed on Nasdaq, more firms could trade…new shareholders hear about it. Also less float could help drive the price up. What am I missing?
