I'm just a wee bit too high right now sooooo I'll have to look at the driller charts in the morning.

Red: Checked out the charts of DO, GLM and RDC. They are all similar to HAL and BHI with a few important exceptions. Both HAL and BHI broke out of bases on heavy volume, the catalyst being an upgrade to Strong Buy from MS. DO did break out of it's base as well but the volume wasn't that great. Both GLM and RDC failed to break out of their bases. Technically, HAL and BHI are the best bets.

However, I'm not crazy about the "after breakout" action - looks like a cup with handle pattern forming. I've decided to skip the oils - too many macro-crap influences - and stick with tech and drugs. I was toying with the idea, but I just don't have the time or inclination.
You'll probably do really well there though if you follow the sector.
