Well, yeah, that too. To further expand my comment, it is because of management inability that many OTC:BBs fail. And I suspect, because of that inability, you don't see too many financials. Now, of course, you will by law, as this year proceeds.

Docs or no docs, the acquisition of Mr. Dennis' managerial skills is one small step for PINC, and one giant step for PINC investors, both present and future.
