Overall, the consolidation theme is the important move in the biotech industry.

It damn well should be, in any event. Thus far, we have a lot of suffering shareholders and only only a few enlightened management teams (LKST, GILD, NXTR, etc.).

Let's just get rid of any CEOs that don't respond. There are good companies, with great pipes and strong innovative capacity, sitting at garbage market caps. Thus my continuing reference to CEOs that are "caught in the headlights"...... the guys/gals just didn't respond at a time when response was demanded of any sane manager.

Slow, egotistical...... name your demeaning adjective.

Again, for those who don't follow the "munch" thread...... it has been apparent for some time that enlightened managers should now put aside their golden blinders and merge undervalued companies to create mini-pharma monsters........ monsters that can distribute risk and immediately capture respect for the breadth of their clinical and preclinical projects.

I'm getting tired of waiting..... let's just end the agony and have MLNM spend that strong currency (stock), buying up all of the decent biotechs. We can then own MLNM exclusively and go on vacation for five years.

Let's merge the good companies and leave the scams and bait and switch companies for dead. Let's put together twenty good companies from the 300 and let the rest just rot.

<Not to break the tie>

I'll cast a vote for REGN and obesity... phase 1 already.
