A brief status note ...

I spent a few days in Montreal meeting each and every one of the Planet City staff. I held a group meeting to introduce myself to them and then interviewed each of them individually to get their opinion on the company and any suggestions they have for improvement. I'm pleased to report that the staff is committed, enthusiastic, and loyal to the company.

I familiarized myself with the daily operation of the various departments, reviewed accounting records, reviewed distribution contracts, met suppliers, ... well, suffice it to say I was a very busy guy. I came away from my trip with a good feel for where the company is and what issues need to be addressed, both short and long term. I will be formulating a plan to address those issues.

As promised, I will soon be answering the questions brought up by members of SI and other forums. The first of those answers will be posted on Monday or Tuesday of next week. It all depends on how much "free" time I can isolate between family Easter Holiday activities and the research activities I'm pursuing as followup to the list of issues I developed during my visit.

Our auditors assure us that financials will be completed by the end of next week. They will be posted as soon as we receive them.

A heartfelt "Thank you" to all of you who email'd me after the Press Release announcing my appointment as CEO. I shall try to live up to your expectations.

Regards,

TED
