Red, I should follow the oils in more detail. I do follow the general market as it impacts the business I am in. Better oil revenues, more money for the boys to spend... It has been pretty dismal in the last few quarters. Most government departments cut budgets substantially. Interestingly enough, this has not affected our business too badly. I visited with a senior official at one of the Gulf countries Finance Ministries about three weeks ago. He seemed VERY confident that the per barrel price would get to $18 to $20 by Q3 this year. The conversation was not specific, I was simply making small talk. You know how sales works... H
