Maybe it will explode and maybe it will not. But Doc it was all the pep rally talk I read before when this stock went from $1 to $3.30 made a pullback to around $2 and then went over $8. I don't mind the pep rally especially when there is truth to shorting activity and the possibility of a short squeeze. Everyone is wondering about earnings and we all know it will be released today. The pep rally talk is just bringing people to the party. Some missed the last two parties.

Have concerns about this stock also; Let me tell you why. #1) Revenues are only projected to be 17.5 million for 1998 (by the most optimistic hyper of this stock, Scoggins) & it's hard even with significant growth to justify a market cap of $350,000,000. #2)This is a holding company with no assets of it's own, they own no real estate (everything, including the Restaurant) is leased. #3)Revenue growth has been entirely thru acquisition, do we know how they're going to pay for these? Only seen vague descriptions of "letters of intent" with no description of debt incurred. #4)The run up in stock price has been lead by PR from Scoggins who got 2,000,000 shares for $0, hardly an unbiased report when he rates it a "Strong Buy" #5)Those "investors" in BVI, a known haven for Scam artists. I was tempted to buy this stock (would have made some money), but decided against it for the above reasons. Any thoughts?
