Appreciate your reports from the ground. (Amazed that you can still get internet access from that area!)

Some here are claiming that the Serbian actions in Kosovo would have happened even without the bombing. Others say that the bombing gave Milosovic a free hand to speed things up because it took away any further threats and if he's going to pay a price he will damn sure make certain his opponents pay a higher price.

Any feeling from there as to which of these is the more accurate view?
