Eric Fader good morning; I haven't looked into investing into any other toy company; however, I shall look for and investigate over this weekend other VR companies and report my findings.

I am holding this long - until at least Feb 2000 - because gaming is BIG over the holidays and if there are going to be any breakthroughs, I would expect the mark to be made beginning in August 1999 and continue through holiday sales. I am also interested in their R&D department to be sure they are continuing their development, etc.

I am impressed with the people at the top at the "new" ITOY and their success at their past ventures and professional life. They are not afraid to talk with the investors either, so I sure hope floydie calls and asks those questions and posts the responses.

I love VR - see the movie Strange Days - the technology is here and right now the cost of a head set to connect to the computer is 1 grand and it is bulky but within 2 years it will be affordable piece of necessary gaming accessory and the cost will be around 250.

Anyway, I am in ITOY and believe in the top and the idea. I do get tired of reading posts that are extremely negative because they have been burned by an associative transaction and they are "out to get blood" as posted by some on SLFK raging bull board, then they get on the ITOY board and post innocuous references to "investigations and conspiracies". The problem is they must've put money they could not afford to lose into an issue based on some message board, the stock ran up, they bought then it was dumped. They wanted to make big bucks quick and lost what they couldn't have afforded to lose.

So I am guessing they continue to post and repost the same old stuff in different guises and formats as their form of therapy. They need direction however, to go to the right people and pose their concerns to them.

Plus, Dave Gore has selected some good issues (although they take time to get off the ground at least he finds them at ground and they do rise over time) and his company is a good sign to me. I will post when I get some information on competition. Good luck, Jacalyn
