Doesn't I just want to know as part of my DD, I do not trust off shore deals. Do you remember Coleville and Antares, they are an example of offshore where the only thing mined were shareholders pockets.

To me off shore sends up a red flag.

Thus the question is still floating, is the company vending in the property offshore?

Well, phone the company and tell the guy they gave me when I called, I said I did not believe it and you seem to confirm that.

It would be completely ignorant to have nothing in writing, JMO.
