Dear JDB:

AOL's performance more then made up for CPQ's dissapointing performance. While I was able to get out of CPQ at a profit, that became erroded when I was suckered into buying it back on the premise/promise of a spin off of Alta Vista. Nothing more then a fake out. Now there are more shareholder lawsuits against cpq. At the present time, I'm only holding 1 K of shares (cost basis $46.00). Quite frankly, I wonder why there remains so many diehard cpq fans out there on the thread. I wonder what motivates them. Surely it can't be cpq's track record?
