Sorry Baja, but you've lost me as to what you don't understand and need a press release from the company for. However let me give it a try now.

If anyone wants to sell their shares for 90 bucks each they can tender them.

Should they want to sell them for more they can sell them on the open market.

And if they want to hold them...they can ignore all the yadyayadayaa.

A person can even sell them for less than 90 smack-a-roos if they want by setting a limit price below that. <gg>

At least that is the way I see it.

Everyone keeps talking about a press release but what would they tell us? ANd I think earnings will come in at .04
