WRONG Hawaii!! They need MONEY to bridge the bond issue! For whatever
reason they need to get rid of the bonds, (IPO, spin off, outright sale) they need MONEY and thus the credit facility.

Another explanation is that companies like to clean up balance sheet before major restructuring, equity stake by partner, IPO. It makes it harder to market an ipo if there is a lot of debt bonds/notes outstanding. I see this as positive long run. It does seem like the selling pressure continues despite all the good news. It is about time for those still in quit selling as we approach realization that IDTC is executing its model despite poor earnings recently. sometimes you have to sacrifice a qtr or two to get the new technology up and the business allignments in place ie refocus assets people and money. IDTC is a well run co. and I just smile at how well they are executing their plan:))
