Chinacat - CTP is a system integration company - don't mistake them for a web solution company. It just so happens that the system integration solutions are moving to web based technologies. So, if you think you've bought into a cheap internet stock - persih the thought. It's a strong SI, with a cost strategy - motivated people - and excellent project managers. So far, no major employee departures... we'll have to wait and see.

My understanding is that Cambridge is a servies and consulting organization focusing on seling to the Web and internet crowd.

Cambridge only recently added Internet services. In the new reorg, that is under a group called Interactive Solutions. That group is the fastest-growing in the company, but is small compared to their traditional groups, which focus on systems integration, etc.
