So, you don't see yesterday as a spike reversal? My reading indicates that yesterday was a reversal day. No, it is also true that there can be many reversal days which fail to follow through. That is why the reversal signal is not always reliable. However, the spike high and the pullback portend a possible st trend change. Also, the stochastic lines crossed last eveneing (http://www.clearstation.com) I think the only difference in our analyses is that we are analyzing different things. I am looking at st trend change within the overall trend, and you are looking at the principal trend, which is up. Do you recall the dip last wee to 111 3/4? What was that? I think that may be what we have here. And window dressing gives us a fundamental reason for thinking this may be so.
