I believe Aber has been trying to keep Snap Lake from steeling all the attention from the Daivik mine ,as a richer kimberlite could have hit front and center and left Daivik sitting
Interesting ,,,when you say Aber's 32% share of Snap is worth more than their share of Daivik..

ABZ just stole a page out of DBZY's play book. Getting into a MINE with no Money down! The Judge will clearly see this as Fence sitting until the 6000 ton Bulk comes in. It just don't work that way. Your either in or out before D Day.
