TOM, might be that the Certicom experience is telling us "performance counts" at some point.

If you mean the float is small (which I'm sure it is for Certicom), then what you are saying is incorrect. A small float would make the share price very sensitive to the type of significant purchases mutual fund would make, unless they did it very gradually.
