Zeev, if I may ask, do you consider the VLNC financing to be a floorless convertible? I finally had the opportunity to read the S-3 this morning, and it's pretty clear to me that it is. I only ask because it has been represented on this thread that you do not consider it such, although my reading of your posts on the VLNC thread contradicts that assertion. One compliment that I will pay to VLNC is that they spelled out the risk factors with amazing clarity vs other S-3's I have read. TIA, Barb
