Zack,

"If there is an SEC investigation as it relates to the trading activities of DGIV, then I welcome it."

Agreed, I welcome it as well and that is why I have ignored any mention of it until now. The SEC does not investigate "SCAMS" only, they investigate companies where they think misdeeds have been done and that includes using scare tactics to drop the stock price.

"For me personally, this has been one of the most nerve racking experiences of my life."

I'd be surprised if you got one person to disagree with that statement. But I would like to add this, while nerve racking, it has also been one of the most fulfilling and rewarding experiences I have had in a long time, it has taught me much!!!!! Both good and bad.

I think we all second your comments on the investigation. We have no idea who is manipulating what, if they are, and why, but others can determine that, and soon I hope. But don't think the company will be totally exonerated, don't forget all the times they "forgot" to include the "forward looking statements" phrase, and other PRs that seemed a bit, let us say, overenthusiastic based on things that did not happen as promised? I'm sure there is plenty of blame to go around, and maybe this will convince them to hire some professional managers to set things straight.
