"The 10K is written in such away as to inform investors and at the same time protect the company." per S3. You see, Richard, there exists in this litigious country, crybabies that will take some money and invest it in a stock and if it doesn't make them money, then they'll look for any excuse to point the blame outside of themselves. If lawyers would climb out of the primordial muck in which they live and operate, and be a little more socially responsible in the cases they take, these companies wouldn't have to spend all that money with their hands over their gonads and writing protective documents like this. They could then spend it where we want them to: on R & D and marketing. JP O&U
