The JWEB, MPATH, and WGAT preferreds are all convertible "currently on a one for one basis". The relevant S-1s indicate otherwise... "...First, please accept this one assumption: that every internet IPO eventually will trade above $50. If you accept that, then here is the math:..."" Seems like that has been a pretty fair assumption to make over the past six months... Then why not simply buy COOL stock... You will make much more money using that approach. Buy at 18 and sell at 50... Regards. Rajiv
