Nevada is the best state to have a corp. No state tax for one, very simple reporting, like next to zero. I have a couple there, just in case I need one, they are set to go, to change the charter, you just write it in the minutes.. Now that is user friendly!

This was previously a shell that was acquired by PMGI Rande.The person that it wwas bought from insisted it be done at 2.50/share and then proceeded to short it down(see chart).Since he the seller met his untimely demise and the benefactors continued on the selling ways.This is either done now or just about done. As to reporting,steps are in process now to insure long before the February deadline that they are fully reporting.How many OTC:BB's do you know have .11/share earnings Rande????Not sure about convertibles but I will find out for you.I erred in asking.(read as sloppy on my part--usually I do). As to how I play the markets--usually short and long combined.Been doing it since 1978.I will play this as a momo and if I double and I still like it will keep free shares for the long term. Good Luck and good investing.Oh yes I forgot to mention my position is 10K shares at this point. I suggest anyone who is interested to do their own DD and insure you call the company and only invest what you can afford to lose.Remember this is an OTC:BB stock and not a blue chip stock.I have seen very few that are or ever will be.
