No such paper, Miami times..its the Herald..don't believe it..as for some of the other naysayers on this thread...if you are selling your mo now, because of this litigation..you must be brain dead...this is a true contrarian play..you don't buy this company if you are worried about litigation, you buy microsoft..the time to have worried about litigation was when the company was 59, not 39..anyone who bought this company with the aim toward selling her when she lost a few court cases is truely a poor investor and has no credibility in my book..if you're that smart (and muchsmarter than me) you don't EVER buy MO..if you are still in this stock, you are either really dumb, really smart or out of it entirely..you decide which one you are...if you are really smart you average down (hate to do it but this is an exception)..if you are really dumb you sell as all the brokerages downgrade..simply amazing..adding more today.
