After thinking about your response, I finally figured out what happened. You see, the 3/9/99 - 4/9/99 discrepancy isn't really a discrepancy at all. As I see it, the predictive abilities of black pup are expected (and hoped) to be beyond all time constraints. When I ask black dog if company XXXX is going to be a 909er in one month, well, I think I can expect the same accuracy in the answer as when I ask her if it will be a 909er tomorrow. So, fate (and subconscious insight) led me to issue the 3/9/99 date, and perform all calculations on those same numbers.
