The biggest problem I see right now, sharewise, are the 7 million shares given to the owners of those two Malagasy mining companies. I see no incentive for them to hold.

Todd volunteered to get me a copy of the 15c2-11 (Form 211). That will at least show who got shares 90 days prior to that filing. It also will show who the TA is, a question no one yet seems able to answer. I gave him my fax number late last night but haven't gotten anything back yet. I told him when I got that form I'd call him with questions.
