blame this on religion I don't say that any of the religions teach the type of violence that is occurring in Kosovo. The problem is that the religions are so static and independant. There is no way to form a blended belief system when you get a mixed set of people. Any blend is called a heresy. A melting pot, both physical and in ideas is necessary to erase the tensions there. Eventually there would not be Serbs and Albanians, there would be a spectrum of very Serb-like and very Albanian-like with all sorts in between. This was already happening on the physical level. If the majority were part-serb and part-albanian it would be very hard to get them worked up against their neighbors. TP
