Bill's handling of the crisis?
I think he has done as well as could be expected given the circumstances he has to deal with. It would have been a very bad precident to do nothing, but there were not many choices of what to do. I suspect that a large NATO army will eventually go in, recapture Kosovo and turn it over to the Albanians. That will be followed by at least 50 years of tension similar to that found in Israel.
