realmoney, I hereby confirm that I am not compensated by this Company... or any other I report on, for that matter. As a shareholder, I can sue anyone who in my opinion is breaking the Securities Laws, if I feel that my investment has suffered damage, as a result of the manipulation of the stock through lies, misrepresentations and innuendoes directed against the company and its stock. As you know, the SEC is now very receptive to attempts at defrauding investors through the means listed above and are constantly monitoring the Boards and follow certain people in particular. When I write something about a company, my rule of thumb is: "could I prove that what I am saying is true in a Court of Law?".
